Goo morning, we don't have parking. You can par the car in Piazzale Roma (terminal of buses) in Autorimessa comunale or Garage S.Marco.

Good morning, it's 20-30 minuts with the boat ( you must change boat in Piazzale Roma with line 1 direction Rialto). The nearest boat stop is Ca d'Oro.

If you coming by car, you can park at the bus terminal, Piazzale Roma. There are two main parkings: “Autorimessa Comunale” and “Garage San Marco”. They costs around 35 per day. From there, take line 1 to Ca d Oro stop.

Exceptional
This hotel is absolutely amazing! The room is of breathtaking beauty with gorgeous design. Fantastic location with a very lovely balcony. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful!
There was an evening when the neighbour upstairs was running and jumping hard. But this has nothing to do with this hotel, and would not take away the score that it deserves. This hotel definitely scores a perfect ten and with no doubt a hidden gem in the centre of the city!

The place was close to many fun places, but we did not get breakfast nor were the workers even there
The location was very convenient to many restaurants and bakeries/coffee places. It was also close to many stores. And the best things were that it was only a 20 min walk to St. Marks' square and only a 5 min. walk to a gondola ride attraction. We would highly recommend this hotel for short stays in Venice.
Unfortunately we did not get breakfast. The staff was not there when we left the hotel around 9:00 - 9:30. We did not know the procedure on ordering breakfast since the staff was not there and not one mentioned anything to us.

Quite, hidden away in a busy city of Venice.
Loved the feel of the building. Very comfortable place to stay with for one night. Staff were super friendly. Even offered the help with drying the wet clothing after we checked out.
We have done some handwashing for t-shirts in a steaming weather. The clothing was still wet as the heated handrail did not work but the staff offered help with drying the clothes anyway.
